Hello everybody!
Today, I’m going to be doing the Reading Habits Book Tag, which I found on Golden Books Girl. Now for the questions!
1. Bookmarks or random pieces of paper?
Oh bookmarks, definitely. I have too many bookmarks to count, stored quite messily in the top drawer of my locker.
2. Stop reading randomly or after a chapter/certain amount of pages?
I always aim for a certain page when I pick up, but when I’m really feeling a book and its plot I would keep reading and stop after a chapter!
3. Do you have a certain place at home for reading?
I usually read before going to sleep in my bed at night but recently I’ve started to read on the sofas in my kitchen and living room! I also LOVE reading outside in the sun when the weather’s good. Puts me in such a good mood!
4. Do you eat or drink whilst reading?
Eating, sometimes, but it’s difficult to multitask without getting stains/crumbs on the book. But I love a good cuppa when curled up with a good book.
5. Multitasking: music or TV when reading?
I can do neither. Only really if someone has something on the TV that doesn’t interest me at all.
6. One book at a time or several?
I used to be able to do two/three books at the same time, but now I only read one. Sometimes I’d read an ebook and then a different physical book at the same time, however!
7. Reading at home or everywhere?
I mainly read at home, I think. Sometimes on the train or the bus (I love reading on the plane!!) but I usually find other places/people too distracting.
8. Reading out loud or silently?
Silently.
10. Breaking the spine or keeping it like new?
I absolutely CANNOT break my spine. It really upsets me when I do! It’s why I’m so paranoid to lend books to other people because I just love having all my books in perfect condition.
11. Do you write in your books?
Nope. The only books I’ve ever written in are the ones I studied in school when we had to write in little notes etc.
12. Who do you tag?
And from you all, I would love to know some of your bookish habits in relation to these questions. Let me know in the comments below!
Until next time,
I am guilty of spine breaking. I don’t do it on purpose, sometimes it’s really hard to avoid. OH I check out a book once and the entire spine was broken. I’m talking the book was not attached in any way to the spine I had to take the pages out in order to read it because it would just fall out.

Oh no!! That sounds awful. But I think we’re all a little guilty of spine-breaking – sometimes it’s just inevitable!
